We are also trained and authorized to provide preparation of Texas Medicaid Reports for CPC (CBA - Community Based Alternative, PHC - Primary Home Care, and CLASS - Community Living Assistance & Support Services), Residential Care, Day Activity and Health Services, Nursing Facilities, Texas Home Living, and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or Related Condition. We also have experience with out of state Medicaid reports such as Minnesota and Pennsylvania, and are able to provide services to states without certain restrictions.
